Pot trials were conducted to study the influence of copper (Cu) on the growth and biomass of Elephant grass (EG, Pennisetum purpureum Schumach), Vetiver grass (VG, Vetiveria zizanioides) and the upland reed (UR, Phragmites australis). Cu toxicity in EG, VG and UR was positively correlated with the total and bioavailable Cu concentrations in the soil. Based on the EC50, dry weights, Cu contents, chlorophyll contents and photosynthesis rates, the Cu tolerance of the three species followed the trend EG > VG > UR. There were no significant differences in the unit calorific values among the different plants, though the total calorific values of EG were higher than those of VG and UR due to its higher biomass. The addition of KH2PO4 to the soil decreased the bioavailability of Cu and the Cu uptake by plants. EG could therefore be a good candidate for growth on Cu-contaminated soils, especially those improved by phosphate.  相似文献

以来自山西的菘蓝(Isatis indigotica Fort.)为实验对象,采用盆栽法研究铵态氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(NO3--N)和酰胺态氮〔CO(NH2)2〕的不同配比对夏播菘蓝生长,叶和根中的可溶性蛋白质及总氮含量,根中多糖含量,叶中叶绿素相对含量,以及叶中靛玉红和靛蓝、根中(R,S)-告依春的含量和积累量的影响.结果表明:各施氮处理组的单株叶干质量均高于对照(不施用氮素)组,但单株根干质量或高于或低于对照组,其中,T4〔n(铵态氮):n(硝态氮):n(酰胺态氮)=25:75:0〕处理组的单株叶和根干质量均最大,且总体上显著高于对照组及其他施氮处理组(P<005);而施氮处理组的根冠比均显著低于对照组.各施氮处理组叶中的可溶性蛋白质含量与对照均无显著差异,但各施氮处理组根中的可溶性蛋白质含量、叶和根中的总氮含量以及叶中的叶绿素相对含量总体上显著高于对照组,而根中的多糖含量或高于或低于对照组,其中,T6〔n(铵态氮):n(硝态氮):n(酰胺态氮)=0:75:25〕处理组根中的多糖含量和叶中的叶绿素相对含量均最高,T3〔n(铵态氮):n(硝态氮):n(酰胺态氮)=50:50:0〕处理组叶和根中的可溶性蛋白质含量均较高.各施氮处理组叶中靛玉红含量总体上显著高于对照组,多数施氮处理组叶中靛蓝含量则显著低于对照组,但各施氮处理组的单株叶中靛蓝和靛玉红积累量总体上高于对照组;其中,T2〔n(铵态氮):n(硝态氮):n(酰胺态氮)=75:25:0〕处理组叶中靛玉红含量及其单株积累量均最高,T6处理组叶中靛蓝含量最高,而单株叶中靛蓝积累量则以T3处理组最高.各施氮处理组根中(R,S)-告依春含量总体上显著低于对照组,其中,以T1〔n(铵态氮):n(硝态氮):n(酰胺态氮)=100:0:0〕处理组根中(R,S)-告依春含量最高,T4处理组单株根中(R,S)-告依春积累量最高.综合分析结果表明:按不同配比施用不同形态氮素,夏播菘蓝的生长及活性成分含量有明显差异,因此,若以收获叶为目的,结合叶中靛玉红含量,建议施用铵态氮和硝态氮物质的量比为75:25的复合氮肥;若以收获根为目的,结合根中(R,S)-告依春含量,建议施用铵态氮和硝态氮物质的量比为25:75的复合氮肥.  相似文献

随着城市化进程加速, 污水处理厂剩余污泥大量产生, 如何对其进行处理并有效资源化利用成为广泛关注的问题。文章在综述我国城市污水处理厂剩余污泥特征、相应处理与综合利用方法的基础上, 进一步综述了污泥干化芦苇床、人工湿地、微生物燃料电池以及相关组合工艺等剩余污泥资源化利用新工艺。总结了各种新工艺的优势以及当前尚未解决的关键问题, 对未来新工艺的潜在应用进行了展望, 以期开发出低能耗、低成本、高效率、绿色生态的技术, 真正实现剩余污泥的减量化、无害化、稳定化和资源化。  相似文献

We investigated and monitored a reed community in the fields. Data on the bio-ecological characteristics and β-diversity of reed communities in different environmental gradients (mainly based on water depth) of the Yellow River Delta were collected through multianalysis, extremum analysis and β-diversity index analysis. In accordance with the square sum of deviations (Ward) cluster analysis, 10 sampling plots were divided into six types with the dominant plants in different plots varying according to the change in environmental gradients. The dominant plants in these plots varied from aquatic plants to xerophytes and salt tolerant plants as water depth decreased. The average height and diameter of the reeds at breast level were significantly correlated with the average water depth. The fitness curves of average density and coverage with average water depth were nonlinear. When the average water depth was 0.3 m, the average density and coverage of reeds reached the apex value, while the height and diameter of the reeds at breast level increased with the water depth. There were obvious changes to the environmental gradient in the Yellow River Delta. The transitional communities were also found to exist in the Yellow River Delta by β-diversity analysis. Vicarious species appeared with the change in water depth. The occurrence of substitute species is determined by the function of common species between adjacent belts. The different functions of common species led to differences in community structure and function and differences in dominant plants. The result reflects the variations of species present in different habitats and directly reflects environmental heterogeneity. The values of β-diversity indices of adjacent plots were higher than those of nonadjacent plots. There are transition zones between the xerophytes and aquatic plants in the Yellow River Delta. In an aquatic environment, the similarity of reed community is higher than that of xeromorphic plants. The β-diversity index can reflect plant succession trends caused by the change in environmental gradients in the Yellow River Delta. The β-diversity index reveals plant responses to changes in environmental gradient and is helpful in observing changes in patterns of species diversity in relation to environmental gradient change and evolving trends in the future, which in turn plays a prominent role when environmental water requirements of wetland are discussed. __________ Translated from Acta Ecologica Sinica, 2006, 26(5): 1533–1541 [译自: 生态学报]  相似文献

The redox system and H+-transport activities in the plasma membranes from two ecotypes of reed (Phragmites communis Trin.), named swamp reed (SR) and dune reed (DR) according to their habitats, were investigated. Compared to the SR, the DR possessed the very high rates of NADH oxidation and Fe(CN)6 3– and EDTA-Fe3+ reduction when NADH was taken as the electron donor. As NADPH was an electron donor, the rate of NADPH oxidation was also significantly higher in the DR than that in the SR. In addition, the H+-transport activity in the plasma membranes was also significantly higher in the DR than in the SR.  相似文献

采用双环法 ,通过 130场田间的浑水与清水入渗对比试验 ,对两种土壤质地的刺槐、侧柏人工林地的浑水入渗性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,含沙径流——浑水可显著削弱人工林地土壤的入渗性能 ,降低天然降水与土壤水的转换能力及人工林涵养水源的作用 ,其削减能力随着入渗水流含沙量、泥沙中小于 0 .0 1mm物理性粘粒含量的增加或入渗历时的延长而增大 ,并受到土壤质地的强烈影响。在土壤质地相同条件下 ,人工林地浑水的入渗能力随人工林树种的不同而异。刺槐林地土壤入渗能力大于侧柏林地 ;与相同立地退耕还林后仅 1a的新造林地相比较 ,退耕还林后 13a生的侧柏林地 ,土壤浑水入渗和清水入渗能力均减小 ;但退耕还林后 13a生的刺槐林地 ,清水入渗能力明显增强 ,浑水入渗能力因入渗水流特性不同而异。通过 L evenberg-Marquardt非线性参数拟合 ,求得了两种土壤质地条件下 ,3种林分积水型浑水与清水入渗的通用模型。该模型既可用于清水入渗预报 ,又可用于不同含沙量和泥沙粒度组成浑水入渗能力的预测  相似文献

用封闭式箱法对辽河三洲芦苇湿地温室气候CH4的观测结果表明,其排放有明显的季节规律。淹水前、土壤为CH4汇。淹水期间,有大量的CH4排放。排水后CH4排放明显减少。在测定期内,CH4排放通量为-968-2734μgCH4l/(m^2.h)。另外,土壤中中产生的CH4主要是通过芦苇植株的传输作用进入到大气中,试验结果还表明,有芦苇生长的湿地CH4排放是无芦苇生长的15倍,同时,建议芦苇田应采用间歇灌溉的水分管理措施,这样既促进植株生长,又能减少CH4排放。  相似文献

 The class I genes of the major histocompatibility complex (Mhc) are here investigated for the first time in a passerine bird. The great reed warbler is a rare species in Sweden with a few semi-isolated populations. Yet, we found extensive Mhc class I variation in the study population. The variable exon 3, corresponding to the α2 domain, was amplified from genomic DNA with degenerated primers. Seven different genomic class I sequences were detected in a single individual. One of the sequences had a deletion leading to a shift in the reading frame, indicating that it was not a functional gene. A randomly selected clone was used as a probe for restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) studies in combination with the restriction enzyme Pvu II. The RFLP pattern was complex with 21–25 RFLP fragments per individual and extensive variation. Forty-nine RFLP genotypes were detected in 55 tested individuals. To study the number of transcribed genes, we isolated 14 Mhc class I clones from a cDNA library from a single individual. We found eight different sequences of four different lengths (1.3–2.2 kilobases), suggesting there are at least four transcribed loci. The number of nonsynonymous substitutions (d N ) in the peptide binding region of exon 3 were higher than the number of synonymous substitutions (d S ), indicating balancing selection in this region. The number of transcribed genes and the numerous RFLP fragments found so far suggest that the great reed warbler does not have a "minimal essential Mhc" as has been suggested for the chicken. Dune reed, as an ecotype of reed plant (Phragmites communis Trin.), is an ideal material for studies on the adaptations of plant to environmental conditions. Scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, and plant tissue culture techniques were used to investigate the effect of extreme temperature, salt, and polyethylene glycol-induced osmotic stress on the intracellular elements K, Na, Ca, and Cl in cultured cells from dune reed and swamp reed (as control). The results indicated that the percentages of the studied elements in dune reed cells exposed to various stresses increased or decreased obviously compared to the swamp reed cells. It has been found that a pattern of absorbing K and discharging Na exists in dune reed cells, which did not exist in swamp reed cells. The pattern is thought to be a significant physiological mechanism of the dune reed response to adverse environmental factors. In addition, the percentages of Ca and Cl in dune reed cells were also shown to increase at high temperature. The growth of cells along with their surface features under different stress conditions were observed and the results are discussed.  相似文献

The composition and spatial distribution patterns of the macrobenthic faunal assemblages of an 8-ha tidal impoundment operated as a traditional shrimp pond at the Mai Po Marshes Nature Reserve, Hong Kong, were studied in relation to temporal changes in local environmental conditions. Species richness, abundance and biomass of macrobenthos across 5 different sub-habitats (seaward, middle, and landward parts of open water unvegetated areas, and Phragmites- and Kandelia-dominated, vegetated areas) within the pond were examined bimonthly between January 1997 and January 1998. Grab samples were collected randomly within the sub-habitats. Key physical environmental parameters of the sampling sites were also measured. A total of 46 species of macrobenthos was recorded: 11 polychaetes, 11 molluscs, 13 crustaceans and 11 insects. Mean species density in the five sub-habitats ranged from 0 to 3907 indm–2, with mean biomass ranging from 0 to 96.9 gm–2. The macrobenthos showed spatial and temporal differences among the sub-habitats and across sampling times. Species abundances of Polychaeta, Mollusca and Crustacea were significantly higher in the three open water areas than in the two vegetated (Phragmites- and Kandelia-dominated) areas, with an inverse pattern for Insecta. There were no clear temporal patterns although abundance and biomass generally increased in the cooler months. Results of a canonical correspondence analysis suggest that macrobenthic species richness, abundance and biomass in the open areas were positively correlated with salinity, while water depth, dissolved oxygen and sediment organic matter content had little relationship with the macrobenthic assemblage parameters. Ordination by multi-dimensional scaling suggests that different habitats supported distinct macrobenthic assemblages. The macrobenthic assemblage in the tidal pond was less species rich but denser than those in the neighboring tidal mangrove and mudflat, suggesting that conversion of these areas into extensively managed tidal aquaculture ponds results in reduced species richness in tropical mangrove habitats.  相似文献
